Key FAQ

  • You must not be ill, we require masks, and limit guests
  • You must be 10 years or older to fly our VR simulators
  • You must be accompanied by an adult if you are 10 to 15 years of age to fly our VR simulators
  • Note that virtual reality headset may upset your stomach
  • Flights may be canceled for a full refund up to 1 hour before your flight by emailing help@flytoppilot.com (include your email, name, & date/time of flight)
